Each project requires a 50% deposit before we start. However, we can set up a payment plan if needed. We accept Venmo, PayPal, Stripe, Zelle.

Each project/package is unique so timelines vary from client to client. If you have a specific timeline in mind, please let me when inquiring. Approximate timelines are below (These vary on revisions, complexity and needs):

• Single Page Builds: 1-2 weeks

• Website Audits: 2-3 weeks

• Full site builds: 8-12 weeks

We will set up a free phone consultation to make sure we are on the same page.

• During our consultation, we will discuss your project, website quote, and timeline for the project. Afterward, We’ll send over a brief overview with everything we discussed, contract, and invoice for the first payment (VENMO, PayPal, Zelle, Stripe, or your preferred service)

• Then, we’ll schedule a call to learn and explore more about you and your business.

• Next, we will begin the designing process. We believe in fully developing the skeleton of your site with placeholder copy and images if you are still working on your steps so you can get a good feel for the site.

• We will work together through a certain amount of iterations (depending on your package) with feedback provided by you, to finalize your initial concept.

• Once the concept and design is finalized I will package up all of your files in various formats to conclude our project

• The final step after everything is in place is training.

This is a huge part of our design process. We believe in empowering you to update and evolve your site as your brand grows. We offer training with all my full website quotes to ensure that you feel comfortable using your site. During our walkthrough, We will show you the ins and outs of Squarespace, page builds, and you can ask questions along the way.

No way. We prioritize honest communication with no additional design fees unless we’ve discussed this in great detail. When we start your project, if you aren’t on the Squarespace platform, We will help you pick the perfect plan for your project and we discuss Squarespace hosting plans and custom domains.
